HVAC Service Technican
Full Time • Front Royal
We are looking for a lead HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! We are a well-established company and have been providing safe, clean, courteous, and reliable services to homeowners since 2010. New office in Front Royal is interviewing highly skilled technicians who take pride in their work!
Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain, service troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment. Identify, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems ensuring customer satisfaction thoroughly checking entire system.
• Develop positive relationships through professional interactions with customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to document work performed.
• Team oriented with ability to work well and communicate with others.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must own personal tools of the trade.
• Good customer service, communication skills, honest, and hardworking.
• Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility. Positive can-do attitude.
• Neat, professional appearance and attitude.
• Must have a valid EPA license/certification to work with R-22 & R410A.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Drug screening and criminal background check required.
• Take/Follow direction with willingness to learn.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Lift up to 100 lbs., stand, bend, and kneel for long periods of time.
• Show up on time daily.
