Primary Job Functions: Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Someone who can work and think independently as well as with a team. Present the company’s philosophy of caring for the customer in a manner that leaves a favorable impression.

Requirements:
- Two years of experience needed.
- Certification from a technical school a plus.
- Journeyman's License a plus.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers.
- Meet requirements of pre-employment drug testing, pre-employment physical, maintain a valid driver’s license and provide an MVR that is acceptable to our insurance company.
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay based on $20 - $35 per hour. Dependent on Skill level, experience, and licenses held.
- Opportunities for weekly commissions and period bonuses.
