HVAC Foreman

RNC Mechanical Inc, a fast-growing, well-established HAVC Contactor is seeking an HVAC Foreman with previous experience in the Multi-family construction industry to join our growing team.
We are searching for motivated, sharp-minded individual who is interested in the following roles and responsibilities:
- Supervising and performing HVAC installations
- Preparing material orders for the Project Manager
- Receiving and verifying all material and equipment needed for the scope of work
- Establishing a working relationship with out customers, employees, and
sub-contractors
- Performing and supervising equipment startups, and troubleshooting
This role will be on our job sites located in both Eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey.
Requirements include:
- ability to work and manage crews on multiple job sites
- Understanding of HVAC blueprints, and installation manuals
- 10 years or more of Multi Family installation experience
- OSHA 10 card (Minimum)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow all applicable safety rules
- EPA 608 Type 2
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to prioritize work assignments
- Multi-tasker and Organized
- Great customer service and a team attitude
- Works well in a team environment
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Hand and battery-operated tools
Prior VRF experience is a plus
