Role and Responsibilities:
-Responsible to make sure all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled and staged for installers.
-List return material when necessary and return to stock.
-Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet.
-List all overstocked items and give to Warehouse Manager for return to vendor.
-Check and put away stock orders.
- Dropping off items all over the area.
-Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion.
-Assist Installers in loading and unloading vans.
-Assist RNC Foreman with items necessary to dispatch the job trailer in the morning.
-Notify Warehouse Manager of any shortages on stock items.
-List return to stocks and give to Warehouse Manager for return to vendor.
-Put away any deliveries, mark equipment received with job name and number, stage in appropriate area
-Perform monthly inventory count.
-Pick up all garbage from warehouse, yard and on building grounds.
-Report status of jobs pulled at days end to Department Managers.
-Check with Shop Foreman for any needed stock.
-Maintain facility in proper operating condition.
-Put away all extra materials brought back by installers the day before.
-Maintain warehousing of Company supplied tools. Generate check out lists and reconcile upon return.
-Lock up building and yard.
-Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring “more than satisfied customers.”
-Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. (required)
  • Pass background check
  • Pass a drug swab (recent use) test
Preferred Skills:
  • Effective internal customer service skills to communicate clearly, the ideas and explanations of problems, to coworkers.
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively and successfully compete projects in an orderly and efficient manner, with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all time. 
  • Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all time
