Requirements:
- Must have an honest and dependable personality
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- As an HVAC Home Comfort Advisor you will display a professional company image at all times
- Possession of valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong ability to write and read in English language
- Ability to work partial weekends to meet with customers in their homes at their convenience

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in a sales position preferred.
- Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from our customers.
- Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job including, climb ladder, stoop, kneel and crawl in confined spaces, talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Current WA driver’s license and the ability to drive all types of vehicles in the corporate fleet within 30 days of initial employment. Incumbent must be insurable by current insurance carrier.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and technology, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and company software used for proposing jobs.
- Great Attitude and willing to learn
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
