Job description: 
Full-time Maintenance technician needed to provide facilities maintenance at mobile office locations throughout Central Ohio. You will ensure that facilities are maintained and operable. Responsibilities will include both preventative maintenance and repair of mobile facilities and skirting. This position requires a clean driving record as you will be provided with a company truck and all necessary tools to perform duties.
 
Ideal candidate skills:
  • General carpentry
  • Flooring repairs
  • Familiar with minor electrical repairs
  • Plumbing experience
  • Familiar with Pex installation (preferred, will teach)
  • Water heater replacement/minor repairs
  • Painting experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair appliances
