Volpe Service is seeking a motivated, dependable HVAC Installer to join our team. Our work focuses on commercial buildings, apartment-style developments, and select residential projects throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. If you take pride in installing high-quality HVAC systems and want to work for a company that invests in its employees, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
  • Install ductwork, piping, equipment, and related components according to plans and specifications.
  • Perform equipment start-up and verify proper system operation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
  • EPA Certification is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
