Entry-Level HVACR Service Technician (2–5 Years Experience)

Volpe Service is looking for a motivated and dependable HVACR Service Technician with 2–5 years of field experience to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial HVACR systems and apartment-style residential developments, offering a stable, long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential HVACR equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and refrigeration equipment.
- Complete service calls professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Accurately complete service documentation and maintain service records.
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with experienced technicians and continue developing your technical skills.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HVACR service experience.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
