The HVAC Foreman/Lead reports to the main supervisor and is responsible for performing a wide range of HVACR activities for our commercial, and multifamily projects. Activities require an individual possessing initiative, judgment, leadership skills, dependability, and the ability to communicate in a technically credible manner. We are looking for a Foreman to keep the projects moving forward in an efficient and timely manner while staying in budget.
Representative duties include:
- Conducting quality control inspections of HVAC installation jobs, monitoring the technical progress of newly construction contracts by assisting, planning, organizing, and controlling resources.
- Leading by example; motivating and training the installation teams in the timely, efficient manner on installation-related subjects, including call-back prevention, and installation protocols.
- Preparing cost estimates of materials and labor needed to complete projects
- Inspecting work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Performing special or complicated HVAC installation activities without assistance, as required.
- Conducting non-installation, lead-technician level work in support for all commercial, and multifamily projects, as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- 4 + years of HVACR experience, either as a multifamily, residential and/or commercial installer.
- Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' installation instructions and to clearly communicate with residential, commercial, and multifamily customers, suppliers, and other Enix Mechanical employees.
- Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances, and extreme weather conditions existent in (Nevada).
- Must have OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 and EPA Certified
- High school graduate or equivalent.
