Don't be average, be exceptional! Our specialty is HVAC, which is the key to true home comfort. We are currently accepting resumes for Service and Maintenance Technician. It's preferred that candidates have a minimum of 2 years experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment.

Candidates will have a valid driver’s license, clean background check and tools that are in good operating condition. Rotation in the on-call schedule is required and is currently one week, every six weeks. In the spring and fall seasons, there is opportunity to participate in a 4-day workweek schedule.
How much will you make in this position? Most companies advertise a very wide range: $22-$60/hour! So what’s realistic? At LCS, you’ll have a base hourly rate in this position (generally between $22-$35/hour, based on technical experience), with opportunity to earn weekly and monthly bonus. With our bonus structure, you can make $10,000, $15,000, $20,000+ or more a year, on top of your hourly pay!
