You can become a member of the Stack team by applying below. However, it's important you know that we don't just hire anyone. To qualify for our team, you will need:
  • 4+ years experience installing HVAC equipment
  • EPA Certification (NATE certification is a plus)
  • Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot quickly
  • To maintain a professional appearance
  • Able to install various forced air heating and cooling equipment with little supervision
  • Attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
  • To be friendly, personable, and able to respond to customer concerns to keep a smile on their face
  • Valid social security card, driver’s license, and a clean driving record
  • To agree to a background and drug check
  • A desire to go above and beyond the mandatory job requirements
  • Ability to follow proper safety techniques
  • To be able to lift up to 80 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects
  • To be able to maneuver heavier objects with assistance from appropriate devices or additional manpower
  • To be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces
Duties Include, But Not Limited To:
  • Installation of various forced air heating and cooling equipment with little to no supervision
  • Maintain truck and keep inventory well stocked
  • Maintain other equipment and tools and ensure proper working order of company property
