Established HVAC construction company specializing in new residential construction, is seeking a Service Dispatcher. Primary duties include:
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling service technicians for homeowner service calls
- Scheduling technicians with builders for new start ups
- Entering calls into Service Dispatch system
- Filing service tickets
Qualified candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively with customers and management, and demonstrate good judgement. Applicant must be able to accurately enter data and information.
