Established HVAC construction company specializing in new residential construction, is seeking a Service Dispatcher.   Primary duties include:  
 
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling service technicians for homeowner service calls
  • Scheduling technicians with builders for new start ups
  • Entering calls into Service Dispatch system
  • Filing service tickets
 
Qualified candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively with customers and management, and demonstrate good judgement. Applicant must be able to accurately enter data and information.
