Position: Comfort Advisor
Full time, Mon-Fri, occasional nights and weekends
Pay: Salary or Commission, whichever is greater

Rentmeister Total Home Service is currently seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor to serve our customers throughout Weber, Davis, Morgan and Salt Lake Counties.

Requirements for a Comfort Advisor:

  • Valid Driver’s license and great driving record
  • Complete a pre employment drug screen (We do not accept Medical Marijuana Cards)
  • Ability to pass a background check 
  • 1+ years previous experience as a Comfort Advisor or equivalent in home sales experience
  • Must be well groomed, professional attire
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Quality driven with attention to detail, motivated self starter
  • A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Confident with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player
  • Perform with the highest level of integrity.
The Comfort Advisor responsibilities can include:
     
  • Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC, plumbing, electrical  and other home comfort needs
  • Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our maintenance program.
  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
  • Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms, rebates and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, communicate effectively with Install department and office staff.
  • Assist and attend company marketing events
