HVAC Lead Installer

TAG HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team.
 
 Our company installs, services, and repairs gas and oil heating systems and air conditioning systems in Central MA. The majority of our customers are residential but we have light commercial customers as well.
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 •     Install oil and gas fired furnaces and boilers, including roof-top units
•     Install ducted and ductless air conditioning systems
 •     Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements on all systems
 •     Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including on rotating weekends
 •     Adhere to all OSHA safety policies and procedures
 
 Qualifications:
 
 •     Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience
•     Must have Oil Burner, EPA, sheet metal and OSHA Licenses/Certifications
•     Must have familiarity with natural gas, propane and oil is vital
•     Must be able to read and interpret HVAC wiring diagrams
•     Must possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
 •     Must be able to handle a heavily physical workload
•     Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and be able to pass a background            check 
 
Compensation up to $55/hour depending on experience

Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
