Team Mechanical is hiring an experienced Journeyman level plumber to join our service department for work on a variety of commercial & residential projects in the San Antonio and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and/or repair various types of plumbing pipe and equipment
  • Install and/or repair fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, fountains)
  • Install and/or repair plumbing systems used for drainage, sewage and potable water
  • Locate, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace plumbing equipment and fixtures as necessary
  • Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
  • Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
  • Communicate well with clients to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
  • Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
  • Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of commercial & residential plumbing experience
  • Must have valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license
  • Must have own tools
  • Familiarity with plumbing equipment and tools
  • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must pass background check, motor vehicle records check, drug screen and physical

Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
