Team Mechanical is hiring an experienced Journeyman level plumber to join our service department for work on a variety of commercial & residential projects in the San Antonio and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Install and/or repair various types of plumbing pipe and equipment
- Install and/or repair fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, fountains)
- Install and/or repair plumbing systems used for drainage, sewage and potable water
- Locate, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace plumbing equipment and fixtures as necessary
- Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
- Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
- Communicate well with clients to ensure a high level of customer service
- Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
- Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
- Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial & residential plumbing experience
- Must have valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license
- Must have own tools
- Familiarity with plumbing equipment and tools
- Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must pass background check, motor vehicle records check, drug screen and physical
