Climatemakers of VA is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team! If you have hands-on experience with HVAC installation, heating & air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
• Install residential HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces)
• Follow manufacturer specs & safety standards
• Work independently & with a team
• Communicate with homeowners professionally
• Identify IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) upgrade opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ year HVAC experience (installation or service)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools & installation processes
• Strong work ethic & attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
