What You'll Do

As a Senior Service Technician, you’ll be trusted to handle advanced service work while providing the high level of professionalism our customers expect.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
 • Handling complex service issues independently
 • Participating in periodic on-call rotations
 • Educating customers on system performance and maintenance
 • Recommending Indoor Air Quality solutions and system upgrades when appropriate
 • Identifying potential replacement opportunities for our sales team
 • Working closely with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is experienced, dependable, and confident in their craft.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
 • Graduate of a 2+ year HVACR training program (or equivalent experience)
 • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
 • Ability to read and apply manufacturer specifications
 • Professional communication with customers and team members
 • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
 • Willingness to continue learning and growing in the trade

This role requires the physical ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions typical of Virginia weather.
