HVAC Installation Technician Trainee
The Installation Technician Trainee assists with HVAC installations for homes, businesses, and industrial sites. This role requires reliability, good judgment, and strong communication skills. You'll work with customers, technicians, and managers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with HVAC installations as part of a team.
- Perform basic tasks like ductwork, wiring, and soldering.
- Learn advanced skills under supervision.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong reading and communication skills.
- Physically able to lift 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- No fear of heights.
- Willing to learn and improve skills.
- Valid Hawaii driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
- Must pass a background check, driver’s abstract, and drug test.
- Able to work efficiently under time constraints.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
