Rentmeister Total Home Service is a family owned company  who specializes in installation and service of HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work.  We have been in business for over 50 years and are still growing!
We are looking for a candidate to work in our Sheet Metal Shop. As a sheet metal fabricator, you will be responsible for building ductwork for HVAC (heating and air conditioning )systems for our customers homes. This is NOT a welding position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Build ductwork and fittings
-Use a tape measure to properly measure and cut sheet metal. 
-Use various hand tools
-Operate various machines, including a brake, pittsburg, pneumatic shear and snap lock to bend, cut and shape sheet metal.
-Pull, sort and stage parts and material
-Operate a forklift to load and unload sheet metal/material
-Stock shelves, build up stock inventory
-Run parts to job sites
-Keep shop and warehouse clean and organized

Qualifications:
-Prior sheet metal fabrication is preferred, but we will train the right person
-Ability to do basic math skills, including fractions, read and use a tape measure accurately
-Have reliable transportation
-Dedicated and able to work in all types of weather
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Communicate clearly ,follow written and verbal directions

Requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
-Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug screen.  We are a private employer and do not accept Medical Marijuana Cards.
-Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
-Pass a full background check. Your background must be clean.

Hours are Mon-Fri from 7am to 5 pm, with an hour lunch.
Pay is $18.00/hr. or more, depending on experience.
