Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician with strong diagnostic ability and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly competent in troubleshooting, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot equipment including walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and rooftop units
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and dispatch
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (this is critical)
- Experience with refrigeration systems and electrical controls
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
