- In this role, the Service Technician would be responsible for servicing various types of HVAC-related equipment following the company's standard of quality, policies, and manufacturer's specifications. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed. Provide necessary support to management and team members and communicate effectively with team and customers, providing regular updates.
Compensation will include hourly pay, plus the opportunity for overtime. The company offers a company vehicle and gas card, 100% employer-paid family health insurance, 401k with company match, generous paid time off, paid training, and more.
Job Qualifications:
- Journeymen/Master HVAC technician with at least 4 years of commercial HVAC experience.
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s license
- Good verbal and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' instructions and to clearly communicate with commercial customers, suppliers, and other employees.
- Physical ability to perform duties under the conditions, circumstances, and extreme weather conditions.
- Interest and initiative in maintaining and advancing his or her HVAC skills through a combination of self-study, company training, manufacturers' workshops, and other professional development activities.
- Ability to work under pressures of time, a non-standard schedule, weather, customer needs, and backlog constraints.
Compensation: $0.32 per hour
