HVAC Service Technician (Full-Time/Hourly):
  • Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
  • Builds positive relationships with customers and team
  • Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Changeout Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobs
  • Works under minimum supervision to changeout and install HVAC equipment in customer’s home
  • Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
  • Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
  • Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in residential/Commercial HVAC SERVICE
  • EPA and RMGA certification required
  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
  • Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.
  • Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming polices. For the safety and respect of our customers, GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
