Air Systems (now Leaky's) has been serving San Antonio since 1989, providing top-tier HVAC services to residential and commercial customers. Now, we’re expanding into plumbing—and we need a skilled, motivated Repair Plumber to help lead the way!
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help establish our new plumbing division and serve our existing customer base who already trust us for their HVAC needs. You’ll work independently with a company-provided vehicle and power tools, delivering high-quality plumbing repairs to homes and businesses across San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Diagnose & repair plumbing issues – water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, water quality products, water softeners, etc..
🔹 Provide estimates & recommendations to customers
🔹 Work independently with strong communication skills
🔹 Maintain & organize your company-provided vehicle & tools
🔹 Complete job documentation using mobile software
🔹 Maintain a clean & safe job site, adhering to safety standards

Basic Requirements:
✔️ Tradesman or Journeyman License in Texas
✔️ Experience in residential & light commercial plumbing repairs
✔️ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔️ Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions
✔️ Strong troubleshooting & customer service skills
✔️ Self-motivated & ready to help build a plumbing division in San Antonio
✔️ Experience in residential & light commercial plumbing repairs
✔️ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔️ Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
