RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform routine maintenance on Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. (You’ll be the wizard behind the comfort of our clients!)
  • Spot potential issues with equipment before they become problems. Basically, you’re our Fortnite Sledgehammer!
  • Give customers the lowdown on findings and offer your expert recommendations. (They’ll love you for it.)
  • Keep our database in check with accurate and timely info.
  • Participate in training to level up your skills – let’s make you the HVAC Jedi you were meant to be!
  • Know exactly what customers need and how to help them. You’ll be their go-to expert.
  • Be open to feedback, always striving for the next level of awesome.
  • Perform other duties as requested (think of it like extra credit).
  • Grow within our organization (because we’re all about career development).
  • Some overnight travel – for training, conferences, and other cool stuff.

Compensation:
$16.00 - $19.50 per hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
Total Comp - $31K - $40K+ (with spiffs, incentives, and bonuses. Yes, we’re talking extra $$$.) Ready to join the team that will make you feel like a winner every day? Apply now and let’s get started!
