About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming HVAC equipment and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
