We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team as an HVAC Service Technician in a high-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have an Established background in HVAC or Mechanical Construction, with 3+ years of experience on n residential, multi-family and commercial Service.

Job Requirements

· Valid NV driver’s license w/ clean driving record.

· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

· EPA Certified

  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 50 plus pounds
  • Ability to handle the extreme Las Vegas weather.
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (Hablar Español es un plus)
  • Honest, dependable, and motivated.
Service-based activities involved in this position require an individual who is decisive, tactful, dependable, and who possesses initiative and within the scope of his or her experience, the ability to communicate well with all teams. Representative duties include:

  • Serving as a member of the Service Department teams which are organized to conduct HVAC service jobs in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Performing supervised and unsupervised basic HVAC service support activities (after having been shown all safety-related aspects of the role and the expected standards).
  • Parts Replacement
  • Diagnose Package unit, split systems and mini splits
  • Repair units without having to return
  • Understands charging of systems.
  • Fill out electronic paperwork.
Safety Guidelines:

  • Safely work with heights and in tight working conditions from extension and step ladders
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
  • Ability to use safe lifting procedures.
  • Ability to use full range of body motion: climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, bending, and twisting.
