Job Description:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain purchase order numbers list and maintenance schedules
- Follow up on scheduled jobs to ensure completion or rescheduling
- Maintain communication with technicians in the field
- Assist Service Manager with estimates
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Maintain email
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus
- Excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, arithmetic and business writing skills.
- Ability to work under time and backlog pressure for extended periods of time.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably in HVACR contracting or building services industry.
- Ability to negotiate orders with suppliers to ensure prompt and timely receipt of materials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
