About the Role:
Join CPR Air Conditioning as an HVAC Assistant Project Manager and play a key role in delivering top-notch HVAC solutions in beautiful Maui, HI. This exciting position offers the chance to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to projects that enhance comfort and efficiency for our valued customers.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Help prepare project budgets, schedules, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Support the project manager in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and project records for future reference.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior team members and field staff.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC design and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or project management preferred.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
