MJ Frick Company is looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their work, know how to troubleshoot, and understand the importance of taking care of the customer.
We’ve been serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee since 1989, and we’re looking for technicians who want more than just another HVAC job — we want people who are ready to become part of a team, continue developing their skills, and build a long-term career with an established company.
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Accurately identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
• Complete service documentation and job notes accurately
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized company vehicle
• Provide the level of workmanship and customer service our customers expect
• Work independently while communicating with dispatch and the service team
• Participate in occasional on-call service rotation
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Own basic HVAC hand tools or be willing to acquire them
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Drug-free workplace
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting equipment and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
• EPA Certification required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Own basic HVAC hand tools or be willing to acquire them
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
