We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to work with the Heating and Air New Construction Department. Must have construction background and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel and Word). A plus to have some knowledge of Service Titan, Base Camp, Wrightsoft and BuilderTrend. This position will work directly with the Operations Manager and the HVAC Design Engineer providing administrative support. Ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deadlines. 3+ years of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility required. Meticulous attention to detail, self motivated and capable of working as a member of a team, as well as independently.
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
