HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Manage and perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Document processes. Completes required paperwork and collects payment when necessary
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner. Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
- Puts the customer first and makes appropriate recommendations in accordance to GUNTHERS/Utah Engineering company policies
- Follows all GUNTHERS/Utah Engineering Safety Standards
- Builds positive relationships with customers and team
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports Utah Engineering Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required from Supervisor
HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- 2+ years in residential or commercial service required
- EPA and RMGA certification required
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
- Follows Utah Engineering dress and grooming policies.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
