We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to represent our HVAC brand inside retail environments. You'll be the friendly face sparking conversations, capturing customer interest, and setting the stage for our sales team.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Engage with shoppers in retail stores to generate high-quality HVAC leads.
- Enter customer info into our tracking system quickly and accurately.
- Build positive relationships with store staff to create a team-friendly atmosphere.
- Provide insights to management on customer trends and interactions.
- Educate potential customers on our HVAC solutions—no hard selling required.
- Maintain a positive, professional presence throughout your shift.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable starting conversations.
- Great time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- An interest in HVAC or a passion for learning and helping people.
