Leaky’s Plumbing & A/C is growing fast in San Antonio, and we’re looking for a confident, driven prospecting salesperson to help us become the dominant force in commercial plumbing and HVAC across the city.
 
You won’t be doing this alone — we have a support team to help with admin tasks so you can focus on prospecting, building relationships and closing deals.
 
 What You’ll Do:

  • Sell commercial plumbing and HVAC service, maintenance, and replacements
  • Visit local businesses daily — apartments, medical buildings, restaurants, offices, churches, property managers, etc.
  • Manage key accounts and bring in new ones
  • Build a pipeline of repeat customers who rely on us
Ideal Candidate:

  • Loves the hunt – you enjoy hearing "no" because you know a “yes” is coming
  • Competitive and self-driven – you want to win and hate being average
  • Organized and consistent – you track your calls, walk-ins, and follow-up
  • Confident communicator – you can walk into a business cold and open a conversation
  • Learns fast – we’ll train you, but you need hustle in your DNA
