Building Automation HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution/installation of building automation projects.
- Executes small retrofit and upgrade projects, while maintaining a basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot BMS/BAS service-related calls
- Demonstrates knowledge in the commercial HVAC sequence of operation, basic computer knowledge, basic building construction operations.
- Completes tasks in a timely manner
- Follow safety requirements as outlined GUNTHERS
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of services performed and generates reports
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Completes any additional tasks as outlined by supervisor
Building Automation HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of building automation systems, PLCs, HVAC, electrical concepts, and building operations
- Engineering and programming (PLC or BMS) background helpful
- Ability and willingness to work in a variety of circumstances
- Follows GUNTHERS dress and appearance standards.
- GUNTHERS is a smoke-free and drug-free environment; no smoking or vaping.
