TRS Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Excellence, a local family-owned and operated HVAC company, is seeking an experienced Installer to work on HVACR installation projects for residential and light commercial customers throughout Western New York. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver installations efficiently and to the highest standard. 
This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who’s ready to lead installations, mentor others, and take pride in top-quality work.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform HVACR installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and suppliers.
  • Identify and refer opportunities for additional services, upgrades, or system add-ons to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold TRS’s quality and integrity standards.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of HVACR installation experience, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters.
  • Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges.
  • Capable of working in physically demanding conditions and varying weather.
  • Valid NYS driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
  • EPA certification preferred (training/testing assistance available).
