Commercial HVAC Installation Technician
We’re looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on the installation of commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, boilers and related components. If you take pride in clean installs, doing things the right way, and working with a solid crew, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, air handlers, ductwork, boilers, exhaust, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Set equipment, run refrigerant lines, install ductwork and controls
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specs and local codes
- Work safely on rooftops, lifts, and ladders
- Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades
- Maintain a clean, organized job site
- Complete work efficiently without cutting corners
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Sheet metal or duct fabrication experience
- Controls or startup experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Leadership or lead installer experience

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
