Position Summary:
To assist in achievement of the company's strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of Sensigreen Heating, Cooling, & Insulation (the Company) vision, mission, purpose, and values.
Responsibilities:
• Create a positive customer experience by completing the service correctly the first time with quality and care to applicable codes, to avoid refunds and recalls.
• When issues are identified, prepare a detailed finding report with pictures to discuss with the customer. Present repair options to include cost using the options sheet.
• Complete all required documentation on services and collect, record, and deliver fees to designated office administration.
• Responsible to contact dispatch to disposition recall and warranty jobs to assure they are recorded correctly.
• Facilitate ESP(inventory) order for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service.
• Record all material used or consumed on the job for job costing and replenishing.
• Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried.
• Protect customer's home from damage while working and leave customer's home cleaner than when you arrived.
• Report any safety issues to team lead, supervisor, and/or manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• EPA Certified required.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED} required.
• A minimum of two years' experience preferred but not required with manager's approval
• A valid driver's license and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier.

• Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.
Physical Requirements:
• Works in indoor/outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow}
• Climbs ladders and steep stairs. Majority of time spent standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching. Often works in tight spaces such as attics and/or crawlspaces.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds with ability to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices}.
• Occasionally works from heights 15 feet or higher above ground.
• Carries 24 ft extension ladder alone and/or 40 ft extension ladder with a fellow-coworker on most jobs.
• Have good visual acuity.
Position Specific Standards:
• Willing to continue training for personal growth as well as participating in the training of new employees.
• Willing to work hours outside of normal work schedule, if needed.
• Maintain confidentially on all private, sensitive, and proprietary business issues and concerns.
• Wire and trouble shoot zoning systems (zone boards, dampers, thermostats)
• Knowledge of proper mechanical codes and installation guidelines
• Perform system performance testing including static pressure, airflow (CFM), and capacity checks.
• Diagnose and repair warranty and service issues.
• Experience using Service Titan for job notes, photos and invoicing preferred
• Replace, repair and modify ductwork on new construction and retrofit jobs
• Participate in rotating on call schedule
• Maintain clean, professional workmanship and customer communication.
Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
