LCS Heating and Cooling is an established, locally owned and growing company! The Operations Manager is a high level position. The person for this position is an implementer, understands KPI's and has management experience. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the entire company.
- Manages the office team.
- Provides support, training, and accountability for other department managers.
- Understands, monitors and adjusts for department/company efficiency & profitability.
- Recruiting/hiring/onboarding.
- Builds and implements department and company processes.
- Builds departmental training plans.
Candidates should have the following qualities:
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to make a plan and implement it
- Reliable
- Understanding of and ability to track HVAC industry metrics, KPI's, and profitability
It's required that candidates have prior management experience. We provide ongoing leadership and management training (in-house and with other resources). Candidate must have a desire to continue to learn and grow in the position. Candidate must be willing to learn company software, use reports and excel spreadsheets. The Operations Manager will report to the owner.
