Senior Service Technician - Commercial

Job description:
Touchstone Commercial Building Services is an established company located in Longmont and looking to hire a professional HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Our primary clients are commercial and industrial property managers, property owners, and clients residing in these buildings. We work directly with property management teams to maintain their buildings professionally.
*Willing to pay for relocation for the right candidate. Must be USA-based.*
Qualifications:
·4-5 years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience.
· High School Diploma or greater.
· Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
· Must pass background check & drug screening.
· Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and mechanical understanding.
· Strong understanding of HVAC equipment operations and functions.
· EPA Refrigerant handling certification.
· Great communication skills with tenants, clients and coworkers.
· Strong work ethic and self-motivated to be productive and to do the right thing.
· Strong analytical and logic skills.
Essential Duties:
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and some repair of HVAC/R and related equipment.
· Basic understanding of Building Automation Systems and Zone Systems to be able to analyze problems and make correct adjustments.
· Utilize trade tools, instruments, detection and diagnostic equipment.
· Document all work performed and parts used.
· Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
· Read and comprehend wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
· Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and spaces.
· Comply with Company and OSHA policies including safety and environmental.
· To be on call (rotating schedule).
Qualified technicians will understand that this job requires team members to drive, climb ladders and work independently. While performing the duties of this job the Technician shall be:
· Able to calculate figures using concepts of superheat, subcooling, enthalpy, and static pressures.
· Able to stand, walk, use arms, hands and fingers to reach and grab.
· Able to work in and around high voltage equipment.
· Able to apply common sense and understanding to complete instructions that have been delivered either in oral or written form.
· Able to lift weights up to 50lbs and occasionally more with assistance.
· Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color perception, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
