Service Technician

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems to join a growing team in New Jersey.
If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and delivering excellent service to customers — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Handle service calls independently from start to finish
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
- Accurately log service activities and time
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of field experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical services
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
- Experience with quoting, pricing, or warranty processes
- Experience mentoring junior technicians
- Familiarity with service management systems (e.g., Knowify)
