Skills you bring for success:
- Ability to establish customer rapport to provide the right solutions to problems to become your customer’s “Trusted Advisor”
· 2 years of in-home or consultative sales experience. HVAC sales is a plus but not a requirement
- Learn and help grow our “No Objections” non-technical sales system
- Manage your customer’s experience throughout the sales process and beyond to create your “Customer’s for Life”
- Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
- Participate actively and positively in all training exercises and team meetings
- Work across teams to ensure everyone delivers a 5-Star Experience
- Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- The ability to quickly learn software/programs as we use the best technology available
- Current Virginia driver's license
- Must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check
