We are seeking an experienced Field Service HVAC Technician with strong expertise in ductless split systems (including inverter compressors and AC/DC controls) and hydronic heating systems. This role includes installation, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Diagnose and repair ductless split units, including inverter-driven compressors and electrical controls
- Service and troubleshoot hydronic systems (wet coils, baseboard, radiant)
- Install ductwork, thermostats, and controls
- Perform routine system maintenance
- Inspect and diagnose issues on existing systems
- Replace parts and components as needed
- Maintain inventory of parts and materials
- Use digital dispatch software for scheduling and work orders
- Follow company and industry safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of ductless split unit operation and diagnostics

Strong understanding of hydronic system operation and troubleshootingExcellent mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and testing devices
- Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical guides
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Experience using digital dispatch or field service platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school training or HVAC apprenticeship required

5–8 years of field HVAC experience required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in extreme heat or cold
- Frequent standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder climbing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
