Sensigreen is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Commercial Project Lead Installer to join our Commercial Projects Team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, leads by example, and thrives in a fast‑paced commercial construction environment.
Position: Commercial Project Lead Installer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: LaGrange, GA (Projects throughout the Southeast)
About the Role
The Commercial Project Lead Installer is responsible for leading field installation activities for commercial HVAC projects, ensuring all work meets Sensigreen standards, project specifications, and applicable codes. This position works closely with project managers, general contractors, and field teams to deliver high‑quality mechanical installations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation of commercial HVAC systems including ductwork, equipment, refrigerant piping, insulation, and accessories
- Interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and submittals to execute accurate installations
- Coordinate daily tasks with project managers, GCs, and other trades
- Ensure all work complies with code, manufacturer requirements, and Sensigreen quality standards
- Oversee and mentor installation helpers and junior technicians
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Complete daily reports, equipment start‑ups, and installation documentation
- Assist with project planning, material needs, and field problem‑solving
- Represent Sensigreen professionally on all job sites
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial HVAC installation experience (lead or senior installer preferred)
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, duct systems, and refrigerant piping
- Ability to lead crews and manage field workflow
- Familiarity with commercial construction schedules and coordination
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftops
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
