Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive duct cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
- Assess and diagnose ductwork conditions to recommend appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Utilize specialized equipment to effectively remove dust, allergens, and debris from HVAC systems.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during all operations.
- Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in duct cleaning and air quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in duct cleaning or HVAC service roles.
- Valid HVAC or duct cleaning certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork design.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
