We are looking for a reliable and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to help keep residential and/or commercial heating and cooling systems running at peak performance. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

South Florida’s year-round demand for HVAC professionals means stable work, growth opportunities, and the chance to build a long-term career in a high-demand trade. HVAC technicians in the Pompano Beach area commonly earn between $25–$35/hr depending on experience, certifications, and skill level.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose heating and cooling issues
  • Clean and replace filters, belts, motors, coils, and other components
  • Test system performance and ensure proper operation
  • Identify repair needs and communicate recommendations clearly to customers
  • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Deliver professional, high-quality customer service
  • Assist with repairs and installations as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
  • EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
