Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

We are a rapidly growing commercial HVAC and refrigeration company serving retail stores, restaurants, and convenience store chains throughout South Texas. We are looking for experienced, highly motivated Service Technicians who take pride in diagnosing problems correctly, fixing them efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Service RTUs, split systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and beverage equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and controls issues
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch
- Complete accurate service documentation and repair notes
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in the field
- Participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC/R service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Experience with refrigeration systems preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Must be dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Convenience store or restaurant equipment experience
- Ice machines and frozen beverage equipment
- EMS/control systems
- Hot-side kitchen equipment knowledge is a plus

Compensation
$28 - $45 per hour depending on experience
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- On-call rotation

South Texas – based out of the San Antonio area with travel to customer locations
