We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential and commercial appliances. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience repairing major appliance brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair household and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, microwaves, and garbage disposals.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive service on appliances.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic control systems.
- Install replacement parts and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
- Explain repair recommendations and costs to customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory of parts.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Operate service vehicles and maintain tools and equipment.

Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of appliance repair experience with a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing major household appliances.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of appliance repair experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Experience working with major appliance brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Bosch, and Maytag.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.
- EPA Certification for refrigeration repair is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments.
Compensation: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
