Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in both installation and service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and light commercial clients.

This role requires technical expertise, professionalism, and strong customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and multi-family properties
  • Lead system installations according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system repairs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
  • Replace defective components and restore system performance
  • Accurately document equipment serviced, parts used, and hours worked
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions and repair options
  • Recommend system upgrades or improvements when appropriate
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (installation and service)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and safety standards
  • Experience working in residential and multi-family environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
  • Valid HVAC license or certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
Compensation

  • $22 – $39 per hour (based on experience)
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
