Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with experience in installation to join our HVAC Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing our presence in the HVAC market by delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and company standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on existing HVAC systems, troubleshooting issues and replacing parts as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining service options, and recommending system upgrades or improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment serviced, parts used, and hours worked.
Important: We are looking for an INSTALLER with proven experience. This role is exclusively focused on installation, and we are not seeking service technicians. Please apply only if you genuinely want to work as an installer.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on installation and service work in single and multi-family buildings.
  • Expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as needed.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
